Purchase Orders
HITaDouble accepts School and District purchase orders.
If you already have the Purchase Order
Simply email it to
po@hitadouble.com
Otherwise
1) Simply email us at po@hitadouble.com
with the products you need (including color and sizes and quantity for each)
2) We will respond with an official quote that you give to the accounting department.
This should be sufficient for a PO to be created.
3) Have your accounting department or yourself email a copy of the official PO to us at
po@hitadouble.com
4) When we receive the PO we will send out the product and
create an invoice that we will email back to be given to accounting.
We respond quickly to these requests.
It all depends on your accounting department on how quickly they produce the PO
Many times we have completed all four steps in one day.
