Took 2 weeks to receive my order and then the wrong item was sent. I had sent an email about not receiving my order after 10 days and requested a refund. A few days later a shipping notification was sent. When the item arrived, it was clear the wrong item was sent intentionally - same color, brand, and similar style but different item number and not what was ordered.
Item was in stock at the time of the order but is now discontinued and out of stock.
I sent back the incorrect item and still waiting for a refund

I bought my third election pickleball paddle and used it for maybe half an hour and it cracked. After a couple of weeks eating to see what they (you) were going to do. I received a shipping label. I was told you were sending a new one when you got the cracked one. I had to purchase a new one and do not need a replacement, nor can I afford one. I ask for a refund and have been ignored since.

These are wonderful warm long sleeve Tees in a variety of colors, The fit is perfect and they wash well and do not shrink. I fold them right out of the dryer and they are not wrinkled. On these cold winter days I can wear a silky undershirt. for extra warmth.

We got these for a soccer team for a holiday tournament (candy cane stripes!). They were great, they function well so they shouldn't be a one time use sock, and they look great. I actually ordered another batch for another team (although in green).
For transparency, of 20 pairs of socks that came, one had a hole in top of the ankle, but that could have been due to how a child separated the socks on arrival (poorly used scissors are possible), hence we still gave it a 5/5.

Was looking for this exact hat for the better part of ten years as my original one has seen better days, just a little superstitious on my lucky hat so had to have the same one
I have a somewhat longer torso, and my waist is a size 28. I usually wear a size small, but ordered a medium because i was anticipating the torso being too short. The medium was still too short, and created an issue of excess fabric in the back so the singlet hovers over my back from the butt up to the shoulder blades. This is an uncomfortable look, so i will probably not be able to wear the singlets. Also, the orange singlet i received was stretched at the seam near the left pec, as if someone had already tried to put it on but stretched it out. the fabric quality was okay, but also not quite as good as i expected it to be. Im a bit disappointed.
