THe ordering process went smooth. However, I was sent the wrong color of shorts. Now tis could have went south, but HIT a DOUBLE stepped up to the plate and made it right. We all make mistakes, as they did, but they were very, very quick to respond to my email about the shorts being the wrong color. They had the corrected order ready that night and it shipped the next day. They erned a ton of respect from me for the way they handled this!
