A4 has 2 warehouses to ship from. NOT all items are in both warehouses. We ship from the warehouse closest to your address unless there is no stock available in that warehouse. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF WE HAVE TO SHIP FROM CALIFORNIA (because the items you ordered are only available in CA) to your address in NY, it will NOT take 3 Days to ship.  You have to add the 2 days from CA to MO and then 3 days for a total of 5 Days.

Orders placed by 1 PM EST for the Missouri warehouse and 3 PM EST for the California warehouse should ship the same day. Orders placed after the cut off time will be packed on the next business day.
From time to time there might be warehouse delays, if so that information is specified at the top of the product page in capitalized red bold underlined text.
The Transit Days below is for Standard Shipping and applies only to A4 items and start the day after the order is packed.
Standard UPS Shipping Time is in Business Days. (Saturday, Sundays and Holidays do not count as shipping days.)

Priority Shipping is NOT available.  Only UPS Ground shipments.
